Terms and Conditions - Palm Apartment Voucher Book

  1. The Palm Apartment Gift Voucher is redeemable from the Palm Apartments Office, located at 75 Bradford Street Whyalla (South Australia). The voucher will be presented to the person that has made the booking, unless requested otherwise

  2. Vouchers can be used to make bookings up to and including the "Valid until" date shown on the voucher.

  3. The use of our vouchers are based on the following letting fees, if discounted rates are given the special offer listed on the voucher will no-longer be valid:
    Stays of 3 to 28 nights:
       1 Bedroom apartments - $100.00 per night
       2 Bedroom apartments - $150.00 per night
    Stays of 28 nights to 3 months
     1 Bedroom apartments - $520.00 per week
     2 Bedroom apartments - $580.00 per week

    Stays of 6 months +
     1 Bedroom apartments - $320.00 per week
     2 Bedroom apartments - $350.00 per week

  4. Only one voucher may be used per booking. An existing booking made using a voucher may not be extended or altered using another voucher.

  5. Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers..

  6. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the time of booking. Normal Terms and Conditions of purchase apply. Risk of loss for vouchers pass to the recipient upon delivery/transmission to the recipient.

  7. We will have the right to cancel vouchers and request alternate forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed through www.palmswhyalla.com.au.

  8. The use of the voucher is the responsibility of the person that redeems the voucher. The Palm Apartments can not be held liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of using the voucher.

  9. You have to be 18+ years or older to be able to use the voucher.
