Don't have any furniture? No problem, the Palm Apartments can provide fully furnished units complete with Plasma TV's and modular lounges to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A complete list of furnishings can be provided upon request

Cleaning and Servicing

The Palm Apartments are not serviced apartments, however if required we can arrange a weekly cleaning service on behalf of tenants that will be charged as an additional fee to your rent. This service can include:

• The washing up of dishes
• Change of Linen
• Sweep and mop floors
• Extra services are available on request

Telephone

Local telephone connection can be provided in each property if required. Standard connection fees apply.

Utilities

A normal utility connection is required for each tenant. If a corporate tenant is making a bulk booking, the on-site manager can offer a streamlined service on managing utility accounts.

Cable TV, High Speed and Wireless Internet

Each apartment has access to selected Austar channels. Broad Band internet services can be provided on request. Please contact the Palm Apartment reception if you have any questions about these services.

Special Requests

If you have a need for additional furniture, such as cribs, desks or kitchen equipment, please contact the Palm Apartments on-site manager and we will be happy to provide a list of available items and their additional hiring fees.

Payment options

Palm Apartments provides a single fortnightly invoice for the period of your stay. If a single client has multiple apartments with Palm Apartments, we offer a centralized billing process for all properties.

Rental payments are due each calendar month in advance and rent is calculated on the actual number of days in each month.

You may pay by Electronic Funds Transfer. We do allow VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club.

We can arrange for Payments to be processed each month on an automatic cycle once the card details have been confirmed.
